Tours typically last between 20 to 30 minutes.
We usually require a valid government-issued ID and recent pay stubs. Additional documents may be requested based on your application.
Rent includes Geothermal Heating and Cooling, as well as Internet service.

870 Queenston is pet-friendly! We ask that all pets be registered with the management office.

The lease terms are minimum 12 months. Long-term tenancy agreements are available.

Heating and cooling are included in the rent. 870 Queenston uses a geothermal heating and cooling exchange system to sustainably manage temperatures in the building. Each suite is equipped with individual climate control to maintain a temperature that aligns with your preferences.

Underground parking is available. Please speak with a leasing representative for applicable rates.

870 Queenston is equipped with 10 EV chargers within the underground garage. EV charger parking is available at $150/month per spot for registered vehicles.

Public transportation options include the Eastgate Square Bus Terminal, Confederation GO Station, and arriving in the future – the proposed Eastgate Square LRT Station.

Renters’ insurance is required for each lease. You can purchase it at a discounted rate through your myGreenwin resident portal.

Our property has a management team available during working hours, along with superintendents for maintenance issues and emergencies. For after-hours emergencies, residents can contact our After-Hours Emergency Service Line by calling 416-614-4536 or toll free 1-888-359-6294.

Our applications are completed and processed completely online. Each resident must be mentioned in the application (above or under 18 years old), those above 18 will need to provide two ID’s, current address, proof of income and financial details. If applicable, you’ll need to provide Landlord references.

Once the application is reviewed, an agent may request a guarantor or additional information as needed.

Credit checks are processed for each application.

Any assignment or subletting requests are to be put in writing to the management office for review and pre-approval.

Rent can easily be paid online using credit cards, Visa Debit, or online banking.

We are pleased to offer our residents a variety of convenient and welcoming amenities. Access to these spaces will be granted via the fob system provided to residents.
